From Roppongi to the World
Founded in 2017 in Tokyo's Higashi Azabu district, Pizza Studio Tamaki is the vision of acclaimed pizzaiolo Tsubasa Tamaki.
After training at some of Tokyo’s most respected pizzerias, including Savoy and Pizza Strada, Chef Tamaki set out to create something distinctly his own — a pizza that respects Neapolitan tradition while elevating it through Japanese craftsmanship.
Today, PST has earned a reputation as one of Tokyo’s most talked-about pizzerias.
Now, it arrives in Sydney.
